Parish Registration

By registering in the parish, reference letters, sacramental certificates, and sacraments are processed easily through the office. Has it been a few years since you first joined us? Perhaps you have been married here or received your sacraments here but never completed a Registration Form. In order to be considered a parishioner in the parish, you must complete a registration form. It only takes a minute. Thank you for joining us!

Registration forms can be found in the back of the church, in the parish office, or by downloading it from this website by clicking one of the links below and printing it off from your computer:

You can drop completed registration forms off at the parish office, or into the collection plate this weekend at mass.
